Our rates cover standard attendance and the first hour of on-site labour by a qualified, fully insured engineer. If additional time is needed, your engineer will discuss this with you before proceeding — you're always in control.
All listed rates are exclusive of VAT (20%). VAT will be itemised clearly on your invoice. For landlords, managing agents, and commercial clients, VAT-registered businesses can typically reclaim this.
Materials and parts are charged separately at fair, competitive rates. For standard repairs, our engineers carry common parts on their vans. For larger jobs, we'll provide a full written quote for materials before any work begins.
There is no separate call-out fee during standard hours. Our attendance rate covers the engineer's visit. For out-of-hours or emergency attendance, please call us directly for current availability and rates.
If additional labour is required beyond the first hour, your engineer will advise you on-site before continuing. Additional time is charged at the same hourly rate, so there are no surprises.
Rates are based on standard access and working conditions. Jobs requiring specialist access equipment, confined-space entry, or work at height may carry a supplementary charge, which we'll confirm beforehand.
